- University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück – Management in Nonprofit Organisations
- University of Passau – Development Studies / Governance and Public Policy
Who Can Apply for DAAD Helmut Schmidt Scholarship 2026
- Applicants must be from developing or emerging countries
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Law, Economics, etc.)
- Completion of at least 16 years of education
- Strong academic record and motivation
- Proficiency in English or German
